Through many years' counselling experience, I have gained numerous skills and tools that will allow me to support you.
One area in which I have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT focuses on our thoughts and how they can affect our behaviour or mood. We can often be unaware of our thoughts and can therefore feel suddenly angry, scared, anxious or sad, and have little awareness as to why.

With my help and guidance you will begin to see how your thoughts can influence how you are feeling in day-to-day life. I believe there is always hope, whatever your situation, and together we can work to build a more peaceful and grounded future.
